Is it free to create an account?
Yes, totally. Creating an account and setting up your organizer profile are free. EyaTickets takes a small commission only on the tickets sold.
What payment methods are available?
Mobile Money (MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, Airtel Money) and credit card. As an organizer, you freely choose to enable Mobile Money, credit card, or both for your event.
Do I need to buy a device or barcode scanner to scan tickets?
No, no additional equipment. Scanning is done directly with your team's phone — no hardware to buy, no installation.
What if internet goes down during the event?
No problem. The scanner app works offline. Data is synchronized as soon as the connection comes back. Your entrance is never blocked.
When will the platform be available?
